You can contact technical support by the following methods.

The preferred method is by email at or you may send your support request using our feedback form.  When emailing support requests, supply as much information as possible, so we may fully understand the problem.

Our reply time for support is usually less than a day and normally within 2 hours, but depending on the backlog and the complexity of the problem it may take 24-48 hours to respond, excluding weekends and holidays.  Please make sure your return email address is valid.

Telephone support.

To keep our product costs reasonable, please use the email support as much as possible.  If you need immediate product support, you may call our normal telephone number and select product support from the menu during normal business hours.
